Delete via the E-shofy Mobile App
If you currently have the E-shofy app installed on your smartphone, you can delete your account and associated data directly within the app in a few simple steps.
Log into Mobile App
Step 01Open the E-shofy app on your iOS or Android device and log into your registered account.
Ensure you are signed in with the specific account you wish to delete.
Navigate to Profile
Step 02Tap on the "Profile" tab located on the bottom navigation bar of the app screen.
Your account avatar and personal overview will be displayed.
Open Security Settings
Step 03Tap on "Password & Security" or "Account Settings" within your profile menu.
This section contains your credential management and privacy controls.
Select Delete Account
Step 04Scroll down to the bottom of the settings screen and select "Delete Account".
Review the data deletion disclaimer outlining what data will be removed.
Confirm Deletion
Step 05Confirm your deletion request. Account deletion takes effect immediately.
Your profile, tokens, addresses, and wishlists are permanently purged from active databases.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Once confirmed, your credentials, personal info, addresses, and saved items are permanently removed from our active databases.
Delete via Web Request Form / Support Email
If you have uninstalled the E-shofy mobile app or no longer have access to your mobile device, you can submit an official account deletion request using the form below or via direct support email.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@e-shofy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" using your registered email address.
What Data is Deleted
When your account deletion request is finalized, the following personal data categories are permanently removed and purged from our active systems:
Personal Profile Information
Your full name, email address, phone number, profile picture, gender, and date of birth.
Saved Addresses & Locations
All stored shipping locations, billing addresses, recipient details, and contact numbers.
Shopping Cart & Wishlists
Your saved shopping cart contents, wishlists, saved product items, and search history.
Auth Credentials & Session Tokens
Password hashes, active session tokens, OAuth permissions, and device tokens.
What Data is Retained & Why
As an e-commerce platform operating under commercial and financial regulations, certain non-identifying accounting data must be retained by law even after account deletion.
Transaction & Order History Logs
Financial Compliance RequirementRetained for legal, financial, and regulatory accounting compliance for up to 7 years as required by financial laws and tax regulations.
- Invoices, payment receipts, order amounts, tax records, and delivery manifests.
- Data is completely decoupled from active marketing databases and securely archived.

Account Deletion FAQ
Q.How long does a web deletion request take to process?
Web submission requests via our form or support email are reviewed and processed by our compliance team within 24 to 48 hours. In-app deletion via the E-shofy mobile app takes effect immediately.
Q.What happens to active orders or pending returns?
If you have pending orders, active shipments, or open refund requests, we strongly recommend waiting until your order is delivered and completed before initiating account deletion to avoid delays in receiving your items or refunds.
Q.Can I reactivate or recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once purged, your account profile, addresses, and saved items cannot be restored. You are welcome to create a fresh account anytime in the future.
Q.Does this comply with Google Play Console Data Safety requirements?
Yes. E-shofy fully complies with Google Play Store Data Safety guidelines by offering both in-app deletion controls and a public web-based deletion request option for users who have uninstalled the app.
